iNovex, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has appointed Ray Williams as executive vice president.

With over 20 years of experience in the intelligence community, Williams will oversee iNovex’s integration activities tied to recent and future acquisitions, while also assisting the company with strategy, growth and operations.

“We are working to build the very best, most innovative middle market technology solutions provider supporting the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense,” said CEO and co-founder Gary Daigle. “Ray’s extensive experience, strategic thinking, and leadership will further enable our iNovex team as a trusted partner helping address our customers’ most important national security requirements.”

Williams most recently served as vice president and general manager for Maxar’s Intelligence and Combatant Command business unit, and previously held profit-and-loss and growth leadership roles at Engility, Harris Corp. and Multimax.
