    Charles Faulkner, ICF

    Charles Faulkner

    Account Executive, ICF

Charles Faulkner manages ICF’s efforts to advance growth in its homeland security and cybersecurity business. He coordinates the company’s approach to the delivery of security and cyber solutions for mission assurance, infrastructure protection and helping build organizational resilience. He’s a key account lead to the Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

“Charles has been a big part of ICF’s strategy to fulfil our growth strategy in the DHS and federal civilian cybersecurity markets,” said David Birken, ICF senior vice president of public sector transformation and professional services. “He understands current and future requirements of DHS, knows the complexities of the organization, and has been correct about the approach the federal government is taking to modernize American safety and security.”

    Why Watch

In 2023, Faulkner’s team at ICF invested significantly to foster collaboration with small business partners, aligning with ICF’s capture goals in Transformation, Security & Social Services. Faulkner recognized the crucial role of small businesses in the DHS market and leveraged relationships with them to establish strong partnerships with top technology firms. This strategic approach aimed to secure joint victories in the homeland security and cybersecurity sectors.

In 2024, ICF aims to expand its federal cybersecurity services and support DHS in areas like human capital, workforce innovation and emergency management. Faulkner is committed to aligning with ICF’s strengths to assist the DHS mission and personnel.
