    Tim Durham

Senior Vice President & Sector Leader Engineering & Technical Services Sector, Parsons Corp.

Tim Durham recently led Parsons’ team in winning the contract for Cyber Command’s Enterprise Systems Engineering & Integration support. This contract is crucial for developing the agency’s enterprise architecture and governance. The team’s success was driven by strong customer engagement and the relationships cultivated by Parsons’ High Consequence Missions team in previous work.

One of Durham’s recent accomplishments was building a business development team and set of capabilities to deliver systems engineering to the cyber domain, said Mike Kushin, president of defense and intelligence at Parsons Corp.

“Through his leadership, his team partnered with other sectors within Parsons to deliver a compelling bid that led to a successful prime award of nearly $100 million,” he added. “This outcome showcases Tim’s approach of leveraging all available resources to deliver differentiating solutions for our customers.”

    Why Watch

In 2023, the team focused on delivering digital engineering tools, methods and techniques across DOD and the intelligence community. It’s using this as leverage to lay future groundwork beyond its MDA work by competing for some of the larger SE&I and technology integration contracts focused on sensors, weapons systems, platforms and complex space missions.

“If you want something different, you must do something different in a very targeted, focused way,” Durham said. “Change is hard – not changing can be even harder.”
