    CeCe Decamp

Senior Partner, U.S. Federal Market, IBM Consulting

CeCe Decamp’s biggest recent achievement was building a high-performing, diverse team in support of IBM Consulting’s national security clients. The introduction of the company’s new growth strategy opened up exciting prospects and nearly doubled the size of her team.

Decamp is a valued member of the IBM Consulting U.S. federal leadership team, said Susan Wedge, managing partner of U.S. public and federal market at IBM Consulting. She not only played a role in shaping the revised U.S. federal strategy but also actively participated in new business initiatives, aided in the integration of Octo and nurtured a top-performing team.

“CeCe has been key to IBM Consulting’s pivot to a high-growth business that has a meaningful and measurable impact for our federal agency clients and the people they serve,” Wedge said of Decamp.

    Why Watch

In 2023, Decamp’s team is heavily focused on driving multiple large-scale agency transformations in hybrid cloud, AI and automation and cybersecurity. Future innovations in generative AI and quantum will take these transformations to the next level.

“With the investment that IBM continues to make in support of our growing U.S. federal business the sky is the limit,” Decamp said. “It’s inspiring to see the opportunities that this investment has created for our clients and our people.”
