    Why Watch

Casper said the success of a company depends on its skilled and dedicated employees. A workplace that cares about employee well-being creates a positive atmosphere and makes people happier at work. When employees feel cared for, they’re more likely to be happy, motivated and stay loyal to the company. This helps boost team spirit and focus on achieving the company’s goals.

“I believe an effective Human Resources influencer must genuinely thrive on tough challenges, growing business and translating visions and strategies into actionable, value-added results,” Casper said.
