Spearheading Cognosante’s companywide culture and belonging initiatives was Jennifer Bailey’s biggest recent achievement, and it resulted in the company’s fourth consecutive Great Place to Work certification with increased scores year-over-year.
Bailey said the survey responses were incredibly gratifying, given that employee experience is integral to recruiting and retention efforts in today’s talent market. The surveys included positive feedback about Cognosante’s focus on employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion. They also mentioned corporate social responsibility has created an environment of belonging and satisfaction on par with the highest-rated, most respected brands in the country.

In 2023, Bailey’s team is working hard on improving the company culture. Bailey oversees areas like HR, marketing, IT and more, all of which affect employees and help the company grow. They’re investing in training for current and future leaders and also working to make the company more diverse and inclusive. They’re also adjusting to a mix of in-office and remote work by using new technology to help recruit skilled workers from all over the country.
