What are you most proud of having been a part of in your current organization?
I am most proud to be part of a team and organization that pivoted so quickly from integrations of major acquisitions to excellence in our execution. Amentum’s performance excellence has been driven by our unwavering focus on our customers and the importance of their missions.
This focus enables us to effectively develop tailored and differentiated solutions that we are able to deliver with the highest standards. Our customer focus is from the top down and represents all of our communities to include program management, business development and our technologists.
What has made you successful in your current role?
This is easy, my success is absolutely based on the strength of our team and organization. We have been able to bring together a very strong growth community and I will do everything in my power to enable them in reaching their potential.
We have an outstanding leadership team with accomplished careers and said team takes great satisfaction in mentoring and guiding the talent we have at all levels. None of us have all the answers, so having a culture where it is understood that best outcomes are driven from open discussion and professional debate is vitally important.
