Next is Pricing Executive of the Year finalist in the Private Company & Public Company category Kyle Andrews, senior vice president of finance for MetroStar. Here, he shares proud moments and his focus going forward.
What are you most proud of having been a part of in your current organization?
I am most proud of building a high performing team that has helped MetroStar transform and grow into the dynamic organization that we are today.
What are your primary focus areas going forward, and why are those so important to the future of the nation?
My primary focus is working with the executive team to align strategic investments into our people and technologies. This work enables MetroStar to bring exceptional value to our customers in support of their critical missions.
My second focus is helping our people focus more on their customers and their missions by automating administrative functions and providing real-time, data-driven insights that lead to actions.
