    Sandy Albers, Eqlipse Technologies

    Sandy Albers

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Eqlipse Technologies

Joining Eqlipse Technologies and using her unique skillset to successfully transition and integrate heritage companies into a larger organization was Sandy Albers’ biggest recent achievement.

“The sense of achievement and great pride that comes from being part of this amazing team tasked with ensuring our reputation, profitability and people continue to grow and flourish in the years to come is unparalleled,” she said.

    Why Watch

For the next 12 months, her team is heavily focused on standing up, delivering and effectively administering a singular portfolio of Eqlipse benefits, company policies, programs and processes within new infrastructure of connected (and disparate) systems. This feat will require teamwork and support from every functional area of the company to nail the landing on the work the HR team is driving to ultimate completion. Albers knows buying other companies in the future will bring new challenges in adding those employees to the Eqlipse system, but she’s still excited and optimistic about what’s ahead.

“Being involved in M&A work is like playing three-dimensional chess,” she said. “It requires understanding how every move that is considered – and ultimately deliberately made – impacts every other stakeholder. It is truly difficult to master. Making any move too quickly, or without regard to layers of complexity that exist, can have damaging results.”

CEO Dennis Kelly said he has had the pleasure of working side by side with Albers on multiple integration efforts with multiple organizations.

“Her attention to detail is unmatched, as is her ability to identify and mitigate all potential obstacles when undertaking organizational change,” he said. “Most importantly, Sandy prioritizes our employees in every decision she makes – because every decision, even the seemingly insignificant, needs to be made with our people in mind.”
