This effort was heavily centered around the total value the company offered its employees, with a strong focus on the integrated talent management experience, benefits harmonization and employee resource groups so employees could not just continue to build their career and see QinetiQ US as an employer of choice, but also be in an environment where they felt they belonged.

    Why Watch

Walrath and her team are focused on making employees’ work experience great. They’re improving their online training to help employees get better at their jobs and plan their careers. The goal is to give employees the training and opportunities they need to grow in their current roles and explore new areas that interest them, all while helping the company succeed.

“I am very excited and privileged to be a part of this organization and leading the human capital function while partnering with this leadership team as we continue to keep our people first as we grow in the market,” she said.
