CFO, Eqlipse Technologies
Sarah Otchet’s efforts have brought together five distinct entities ⏤ each with unique histories, cultures and capabilities ⏤ to form Eqlipse Technologies, a $200 million company with over 600 employees across Virginia, Maryland and Ohio.
“Bringing together teams that work hard at work worth doing ⏤ and who take pride in doing so ⏤ has created an energy and excitement where we have become better together as Eqlipse,” she said.
In 2023, Otchet’s team is working on providing timely, actionable information to business stakeholders to perform better than ever. They are focused on preserving elements from each heritage company while listening and communicating continuously and engaging in system integration and process automation to enable value-add decision-making by employees, customers and teammates.
“The most gratifying actions are helping others as we aspire to a great and worthy purpose,” Otchet said. “Eqlipse supports every customer’s mission with dedication and a commitment to solve hard problems. Every day, I am inspired by our team to help make that happen.”
Eqlipse Technologies CEO Dennis Kelly said the successful launch of Eqlipse would not have been possible without Otchet’s dedication.
“Her experience, expertise and compassionate leadership have been critical to getting us to where we are,” Kelly said. “Perhaps more importantly, as we continue to grow as a company, Sarah and her team will provide expert council and critical insight to ensure that every move we make is the right one at the right time.”
