General Dynamics Information Technology has appointed Paul Tartaglione as chief growth officer. He takes over from Ben Gianni, who was temporarily handling the role while also serving as the chief technology officer.

“Paul brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology and cybersecurity executive and senior consultant in the federal IT services space,” said GDIT President Amy Gilliland.

Prior to GDIT, Tartaglione was a senior vice president and partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led several successful IT services programs for federal agencies.

“He is a respected leader with an impressive track record of operational execution, business development, and driving growth in large organizations,” Gilliland said. “I look forward to accelerating our progress across our growth strategies under Paul’s leadership.”
