Working alongside CEO Scott McIntyre and the entire leadership team, Joy Jarrett has been instrumental in contributing to the firm’s tremendous growth, market positioning and business transformation.
Most recently, she spearheaded efforts to launch a new Guidehouse brand and website, build brand awareness and differentiation globally, and support the growth priorities of the organization through the creation of an agile marketing department with a sales enablement focus toward marketing impact to the bottom line.
In just over five years since its founding, Guidehouse has emerged as a powerhouse brand, surrounded by a sea of established consulting firms with deep market history, global recognition and much larger marketing teams and budgets.
“Externally, we have established our brand among these giants and continue to surpass the market baseline for growth year over year in existing and new accounts within the core segments we serve,” Jarrett said. “And for our people internally, I have helped to shape and inspire their purpose in what it means to be a ‘guide’ for our clients and what it means to help them navigate complexity and thrive. I treasure this time in our brand growth and try to bring honor to this CMO role every day.”
Jarrett’s team supported the integration demands of three acquisitions, leading the design and rollout of a newly structured services portfolio, and designing and launching a new, integrated Guidehouse website. Raising brand awareness for Guidehouse is fueled by a combination of top-tier media for national coverage, compelling content and targeted digital campaigns with a regional focus.
Jarrett continues to strengthen the value of marketing and communications through a broad yet targeted media campaign that on average drove 300 to 700 times greater awareness, increased organic website traffic and account-based targeting for lead generation to the business.
Her team remains focused on positioning the company for continued growth through brand and leadership awareness, channel expansion and targeting, and a strengthened global market presence to celebrate the unique Guidehouse “People First” culture.
