Patience Samson recently became Axient’s first chief corporate affairs officer. She brought together marketing and communications, corporate responsibility, human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, and quality/continuous improvement under one department. This reorganization enhances these teams’ effectiveness, boosts employee engagement, improves customer service and helps grow Axient’s brand and culture both within the company and outside.
Samson is passionate about advocating for employees, capabilities and contracts, and business interests, and ensuring Axient’s vision, mission and strategy are aligned, communicated and executed as well as possible.
