Following the launch of the Arcfield brand in December 2021, Katerina Figurski faced the daunting task of building an internal communications architecture to connect a disparate workforce, the majority of which work in cleared facilities without access to Arcfield’s network. Now, with a robust, mobile-enabled intranet platform in place, she has spearheaded efforts to build and grow the Arcfield brand through external media and communications.
Figurski first identified a pressing need to update the corporate website, which Arcfield inherited following its divestiture in 2021, so it better reflects the company’s identity, culture and space and defense solutions. To that end, she and her team designed and developed a modern, highly dynamic website that captures the breadth and depth of Arcfield’s capabilities and the critical national security missions the company supports.

Believing passionately in empowering employees to become brand advocates, Figurski and her team will deploy a social media advocacy tool this quarter that will enable colleagues across the company to share curated content that matters to them.
As she did through 2022, Figurski will continue to play a nodal role in Arcfield’s business strategy as the powerhouse behind Arcfield’s brand.
