Accenture Federal Services has experienced tremendous growth, presenting a unique challenge for Pamela Merritt and her team.

This spring, Merritt launched a companywide effort to supercharge the brand. This extensive effort introduced a new wordmark, positioning and creative, plus a portal housing customizable resources for over 13,000 people to use.
Merritt’s approach to marketing is that people are powerful together. This is particularly true with her team’s year-long focus on tech and innovation. The team partnered with subject matter experts across the company to launch the Federal Generative AI Center of Excellence, Government Futures Lab, TechExpo and the flagship Federal Tech Vision report. This “one team” mindset also delivered strong year-over-year gains in media share of voice, digital and social engagement, and brand awareness.

Merritt is focused on new collaborations to launch new investments and experiences that push what’s possible, from readiness and service delivery, to health and sustainability. She’s keen to use new tech tools and data insights, including the company’s own analytics and generative AI solutions.
“And we’re always on the hunt for new ways to share our people’s stories about what it’s like to do work that matters with our vibrant, caring, diverse community,” she added.
