    Jerry Boegler, Axient

Jerry Boegler has been chosen as Axient’s new chief growth officer to oversee business growth across the company’s portfolio.

Boegler will work with each business segment to execute strategic and tactical growth goals. He will be responsible for strategy development, M&A advisement and analysis, and Axient’s business development, capture, proposal and pricing teams.

Boegler first joined Millennium Engineering and Integration in 2019, which was acquired by and merged into QuantiTech, and rebranded as Axient.

Prior to his current role, he led Axient’s National Security & Space Systems Segment as vice president of growth. Before Axient, he was director of business development strategic initiatives at Aleut Management Services and senior capture manager for BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Sector.

He also served as the business development operations manager responsible for infrastructure and support systems that enabled BAE Systems Support Solutions to win new business. He also was the chief of staff for the $4 billion BAE Systems Customer Solutions Operating Group.

Before BAE, Boegler worked for congresswoman Kay Granger as a legislative and press assistant.
