    USGIF Announces 6 New Board Members

    Stephen Gillotte, CEO of Reinventing Geospatial, Inc., has been elected as a new member of the board of directors of the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation. He is one of six executives chosen for this position.

    The additional elected members include Jackie Barbieri, founder and CEO of Whitespace; Deborah Davis, vice president and general manager with General Dynamics Information Technology; Jeff Dawley, director of intelligence programs at Esri; Ellen E. McCarthy, chairwoman and CEO of the Truth in Media Cooperative; and Enbal Shacham, a professor and associate dean for research at the College for Public Health and Social Justice at Saint Louis University and associate director for strategic initiatives at the Taylor Geospatial Institute.

    The foundation also announced many members will continue to serve on the board, including USGIF Board Chair Robert Cardillo, president of the Cardillo Group; USGIF Board Vice Chair John Serafini, CEO of HawkEye 360; USGIF Board Advisor Troy E. Meink, principal deputy director of the National Reconnaissance Office; USGIF Board Director Emeritus Paul Graziani, CEO and co-founder of Analytical Graphics, Inc.; and USGIF Founder and Board Director Emeritus Stu Shea, chairman, president and CEO of Peraton.

    Also announced were departing members Quadrint’s Patrick Acheson, Penn State University’s Todd Bacastow, Leidos’ Vicki Schmanske and Sectra’s Isaac Zaworski.

    “On behalf of USGIF, thank you, Patrick, Todd, Vicki, and Isaac, for your service to the Foundation as members of the board,” Cardillo said. “Your contributions and steady stewardship have ushered us forward with renewed strength and commitment to the mission and the community.”
