Since joining Guidehouse in 2021, Dr. Rod Fontecilla and his team have explored and enhanced a culture of innovation on a much larger scale. They have seen accomplishments such as launching and optimizing Guidehouse Discover as a proof-of-concept platform, integrating innovation into market segment processes and meaningful capture opportunities and further deepening the innovation mindset at Guidehouse.
“I am so proud to lead an extraordinary group of individuals and appreciative of my team for their hard work and dedication, as well as the entire Guidehouse organization for embracing the power of innovation,” Fontecilla said.
Fontecilla also spearheaded how Guidehouse helps clients innovate with purpose ⏤ working with them to explore, generate and evolve ideas and solutions focused on solving their most complex business challenges.
“Our team continues to push the envelope of innovation and technology in collaboration with our Guidehouse colleagues to advance our clients, organization and communities,” Fontecilla said. “Innovation is one of the core values at Guidehouse and our compass as we support our clients in their mission.”
Fontecilla is also an adjunct professor at American University’s Kogod School of Business, mentoring the next generation of leaders and teaching them about the power of AI, predictive analytics and natural language processing.
“My interactions with these students have been some of the most meaningful in my career,” he said.
