Cadmus has appointed Susan Chodakewitz as chief growth strategy officer.
Chodakewitz previously served as president and CEO of Nathan Associates and has been Cadmus’ executive vice president of public sector strategy since Cadmus acquired the firm in February 2023. Her experiences includes work with the U.S. federal government, commercial industry, international NGOs and nonprofits.
“Sue’s background and experience position her extraordinarily well to meet the evolving needs of Cadmus and our clients. She has a proven track record of building and growing businesses based on strategic priorities, company-wide integration of capabilities, and focused client engagement,” said President and CEO Ian Kline.
Chodakewitz also held growth strategy roles at Tetra Tech and SAIC. She serves on the executive committee of the Professional Services Council, chairs the PSC Council of International Development Companies executive advisory board and is vice chair of The Stimson Center.
“I look forward to working with Sue as she assumes this critical leadership role at Cadmus,” Kline added.
