Leticia Ballard to Lead MarCom at QinetiQ US

Leticia Ballard has been selected to lead QinetiQ US’ marketing  and communications team.

“It is an honor to be a part of such a dynamic team at a time of exciting change at QinetiQ US,” Ballard said. “I look forward to partnering with our leaders to help elevate the QinetiQ US brand position while telling stories that highlight our people and share the broad range of experiences they have which positively impact our customers.”

Ballard brings more than 20 years of experience with organizations like Mediavine, Northrop Grumman and Sirius XM Radio. In her most recent role as director of communications at Mediavine, she served as a strategic partner helping cross-functional teams to manage communications initiatives and messaging internally and externally.

While at Northrop Grumman, she held various marketing and communications leadership roles, including director of communications. Her work included developing global communications strategies across a multitude of portfolios to elevate core capabilities to be better positioned to win and maintain existing business.

“The QinetiQ US team is helping advance our customers’ missions, protecting critical assets and saving lives, and I’m excited to bring our culture of mission-led innovation to life in a creative and impactful way,” Ballard said.
