CALIBRE Systems has promoted Kristen McLeod to senior vice president, finance and accounting and controller, expanding her contributions as a senior leader, fiscal strategist and financial manager.

“I am excited to broaden and deepen my contributions to CALIBRE’s success and am honored to be promoted to Senior Vice President,” she said. “I look forward to building on our First Principles and our employee-owned culture to create compliant and effective enterprise resource plans and processes to support CALIBRE’s Strategy 2025 plan and beyond.”

McLeod joined CALIBRE in August 2021 as vice president, finance & accounting and controller. She has since established herself as a mission-first leader in the company, instituting new quality standards for customer service, transaction timeliness and accuracy, and fiscal strategic planning.

As a member of CALIBRE’s corporate leadership team, McLeod provides insight into corporate strategy, budget execution and integration of business systems in enterprise resource planning.

“Kristen has provided new insights and inspired leadership in her previous role,” said CALIBRE President and CEO Richard Pineda. “This promotion recognizes Kristen’s past success leading the Finance & Accounting organization, the importance of her role in CALIBRE’s strategic financial planning, and her future leadership contributions as we continue our transformational journey.”
