    Jeff Raver, SAIC

    Jeff Raver

Vice President of Environmental, Social and Governance, SAIC

In November 2022, Jeff Raver’s role expanded after the company merged the offices of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and ESG. Raver’s previous experience leading DE&I initiatives, paired with his commitment to developing SAIC’s workforce, equipped him to lead the new Office of ESG Integration. Raver has spent the last few months fine-tuning the team and implementing an integrated DE&I and ESG strategy.

“SAIC has a long and proud history of corporate responsibility. We are taking this commitment to the next level with our focus on ESG initiatives that advance SAIC’s strategy and value to our stakeholders,” said Michelle O’Hara, SAIC executive vice president and chief human resources officer. “Jeff has a demonstrated track record supporting corporate responsibility at SAIC, and we are excited and grateful for his leadership as we move forward.”

    Why Watch

Looking forward, Raver and his team will focus on increasing SAIC’s corporate responsibility initiatives across the enterprise. This includes increasing diversity amongst SAIC’s leadership, to reflect the diverse backgrounds of employees. Raver’s team is developing strategies to encourage employees to volunteer in their communities. He will continue implementing plans to decrease SAIC’s impact on the environment, while helping customers achieve their sustainability goals.

“Environmental and social responsibility is the right thing to do. It’s good for everyone,” he said. “Being a responsible corporate citizen creates a winning environment where our employees, customers and investors all benefit.”
