    Mike Marston

    Vice President of Environmental, Social, and Governance, Serco Inc.

    Over his three years with Serco, Mike Marston has collaborated closely with leaders across Serco to design and drive strategies that have led to significant progress toward achieving ESG goals.

    He led the transformation of Serco’s Health, Safety, and Environmental program while navigating the many health and business continuity challenges brought about by the pandemic. Notably, Marston has seen a 40% improvement in the Worker’s Compensation Experience Modification Rating, which reflects a commitment to employee safety and well-being.

    Additionally, Marston played a key role in the development of a Greenhouse Gas Emissions reduction strategy aimed at reaching net zero emissions by 2050, showing his dedication to tackling the urgent issue of climate change.

    Marston has contributed to Serco’s social pillars, including supporting Employee Resource Groups that foster a culture of inclusion. He is the executive sponsor of SercoUnlimited, which focuses on creating a sense of belonging for employees with visible and non-visible disabilities. This work reflects his belief that diversity and inclusion are essential to building a successful and sustainable business.
