Jennifer Oliver leads the overall strategy and team for Noblis’ contracts, subcontracts, procurement, pricing and project control. The company’s chief financial officer, Gary Sladic, said Oliver is “an integral member of Noblis’ executive team.”
“She brings an incredible wealth of experience and insights to manage complex contracts that ultimately help us partner with our government customers to establish common solutions that deliver lasting mission impacts,” he said.
Oliver successfully merged two separate business organizations into a unified team after an acquisition. Her leadership was key to the integration’s success, as she prioritized adopting the best practices from both organizations. This approach created a highly effective and collaborative team, in line with Oliver’s personal philosophy.
