    Top Contracts Execs to Watch in 2023: Integral Federal’s Heather Dallara

    Heather Dallara is proud of the efforts within the acquisition profession to elevate the role of contract management professionals as business leaders. They play a key role in achieving strategic outcomes across industry and government.

    Organizations like the National Contract Management Association are at the forefront of driving the conversation about the importance of contract management. Dallara is excited about her upcoming role as the president-elect for the program year 2024, as it provides an opportunity to contribute to this dialogue and solidify the role of contract management in the C-suite.

    Wayne Wilkinson, CEO of Integral Federal, Inc., said Dallara began making an impact as soon as she joined the company in December 2022.

    “Utilizing her experience, Heather revamped our contract policies and procedures, resulting in increased efficiency in executing our daily contracts administrative tasks as well as our proposal submission process,” he said.
