    Rich Fisne, HII

    Rich Fisne

    Senior Vice President, Contracts, HII

In 2022, Rich Fisne was involved in the transition and integration of Alion Science and Technologies into the newly branded HII Mission Technologies, the services division of HII.

With his demonstrated business acumen spanning various industries, Fisne effectively guides a skilled team and has successfully achieved significant milestones for Mission Technologies, said Andy Green, president of HII’s Mission Technologies division.

“On the heels of the Alion integration, he helped spearhead our business entity restructuring and the implementation of several new systems,” Green said. “With Rich’s strong leadership and vision, his team actively manages hundreds of contracts across a diverse set of capabilities, and develops valuable partnerships with the business groups, functional teams and customers to successfully deliver on our contractual commitments. HII is very fortunate to have Rich lead our Mission Technologies Contracts organization.”

    Why Watch

After a very busy 2022, Fisne’s team of outstanding contracts, procurement, pricing, export and compliance professionals are heavily focused on supporting and driving the growth of HII Mission Technologies and making it a fierce and formidable competitor within the GovCon industry.

“I am a firm believer in a sense of team who embrace the work hard ⏤ have fun ⏤ play harder mentality, but most of all have the attitude of ‘we got this,'” Fisne said.
