    Top Contracts Execs to Watch in 2023: ECS’ John Roman

    As vice president of contracts and procurement, John Roman has been implementing a new contracts system that transformed how ECS does business. This integrated system has given teams access to a wealth of data and reporting instrumental in improving processes and increasing efficiency.

    It also streamlined workflows and improved communication between teams, resulting in better collaboration and more effective project management. The system has been a game changer for the company, and Roman is proud to have been a part of its implementation.

    “John has been an invaluable asset to our company, particularly in his role of leading the contracts and procurement teams,” said Pamela Rothka, ECS chief financial officer. “Under his leadership, the contracts team has made significant strides in improving their communication with end customers, resulting in increased satisfaction and improved relationships. John’s ability to lead and motivate his team has been instrumental in achieving these successes. We are grateful to have him on our team and look forward to his continued contributions to our company’s growth.”
