Scott Salzano’s biggest recent achievement was supporting the due diligence and deal process leading up to ASRC Federal’s recently completed acquisitions of Broadleaf and SAIC Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Each deal had different attributes, but the contracts team was essential to both. It did a deep dive into the terms, conditions, regulatory and compliance aspects ⏤ and had to be very methodical and detail-oriented to ensure it fully understood all requirements.
Why Watch
In 2023, Salzano’s team is heavily focused on integrating and fully supporting the company’s newly acquired businesses. At the same time, the team is in the process of implementing a contract lifecycle management system that will go live later this year. It will have modern features to support contracts managers in their daily responsibilities and provide efficient data use across the enterprise by integrating with both CRM and accounting systems.
