Brianna Burnell leads the contracts organization at Amentum, a global engineering, project management and solutions integration provider with nearly 44,000 employees in 85 countries.
“I am honored every day to work with this amazing team of contracting professionals that contribute significant value to the business and effectively manage 600-plus active contracts supporting critical missions all over the world,” she said.
Over the last year, they have completed a massive integration of three large companies into one Amentum, so her team has been focused on leveraging best policies, procedures and business systems to maximize the benefits of a greater economy of scale.

In 2023, Burnell and her team are focused on helping Amentum excel operationally and achieve key financial targets. They support business growth opportunities, strengthen partnerships, manage contracts effectively and prioritize small business initiatives. Amentum has consistently allocated 65% of subcontracted dollars to small businesses since 2016.
