    Why Watch

Becker-Birck is leading the expansion of Cadmus’ climate capabilities, with a focus on integrating change management, governance and data analytics into the company’s climate services. She is also supporting federal clients with integrating equity into their programs, such as the Energy Department’s SolSmart technical assistance program to help local governments grow their solar energy markets.
