Justin Janaskie’s role as CTO and director of C5ISR programs provides a dynamic approach to true industry advancement. His operationally embedded position includes the management and direction of air, land, maritime and space-based technology systems and sensors, while also providing a unique lens for corporate growth and strategy.
The hybrid nature of his role enables MAG to continue to hold the leader seat for global operations in the aerospace and defense industry and continue to push innovation with new technology and cutting-edge advancements. Daily, Janaskie’s role helps MAG turn urgent and long-term customer needs into feasible, actionable change.

Janaskie’s focus on the horizontal integration of growth, innovation and technical thought leadership has directly contributed to the implementation of MAG’s innovation centers; development of a technology and innovation management organization; expansion of MAG’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Training Center; and the successful competition of several IR&D-based multi-INT sensor and aircraft integration efforts.
Most recently, Janaskie has been leading MAG’s strategic development for a path to the future of jet intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, where MAG plans to continue its global support of turnkey C5ISR services.
