President, Defense and Civilian Sector, SAIC

Bob Genter leads the Defense and Civilian Sector’s growth strategy, business development and service delivery and execution. The Defense and Civilian Sector delivers just under $5 billion in annual revenue and represents roughly two-thirds of SAIC’s business. 

Under Genter’s leadership, that sector has delivered industry-leading financial metrics based on the company’s strategy to expand growth technology accelerants. That includes solutions focused on secure cloud, enterprise IT, C5ISR solutions and systems integration and delivery.

Additionally, the team is focused on expanding other key areas of the business aligned to logistics and supply chain, IT managed services and engineering services.

They provided innovative solutions and services to existing customers and developed new growth areas by offering proven solutions to new customers. In 2022, the team won over 800 contracts and set the company on its current growth path.
