Sean Thompson has joined J&J Worldwide Services as chief growth officer.

“We are excited to add Sean to our leadership team,” said Steve Kelley, CEO and president of J&J Worldwide Services. “Sean has an impressive track record for helping companies grow. His in-depth knowledge of the Federal Government customer is critically important for ensuring we remain committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.”

Thompson has over 25 years of operations and sales leadership experience in federal, state and local and commercial markets. He most recently served as the CGO for IDEMIA North America, where he drove 25% annual growth for the past two years.

Before that, Thompson led the Unisys Federal growth team and was senior vice president of business development and capture at Sotera Defense Solutions. Earlier, he held management positions in business development and operations at iGov, IBM and American Management Systems.

Over the course of his career, Thompson has built five different growth organizations and significantly grown several companies to position them for sale.
