Zac Gorrell’s biggest recent achievement was leading his prior company, Synaptech, through the acquisition process during 2022 and facilitating the successful integration into LMI during the first half of this year.
As the CEO and cofounder of Synaptech, Gorrell built the company from the ground up, growing it into a thriving company of approximately 60 full-time engineers and scientists in the Colorado Springs, Colorado, area. Synaptech focused on becoming one of the top technical solution providers and trusted partners in the national security space industry.

Their work ensures space warfighters make key decisions with confidence, speed and clarity. They will leverage LMI’s extensive capabilities and expanded resources for even greater outcomes for customers like the Space Warfighting Analysis Center, the Space Training and Readiness Command, the National Reconnaissance Office and U.S. Space Command.
