Leidos appointed Lance Roncalli as security enterprise solutions operation vice president for business development.
“Lance is an accomplished global executive leader who will help drive growth and revenue from our comprehensive security solutions portfolio,” said Debbie Opiekun, Leidos chief business development officer.
In his new role, Roncalli will identify business development priorities and opportunities and lead the delivery of planning, pursuit and capture activities for the SES business. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the technology space, managing business development, sales, financial process and operations.
Prior to Leidos, Roncalli was the chief revenue officer for ByBox and Operative. He’s also held positions in business development, sales and marketing leadership at Crossmatch, Smiths Detection and L-1 Identity Solutions.
“His extensive industry experience and track record of building effective go-to-market strategies will accentuate our customer relationships as we continue to expand our capabilities and markets,” Opiekun said.
