Odermann joined CSA after working at Cubic Mission Performance Solutions as a senior program manager, where she focused on ground training for the Defense Department, foreign military sales and the Energy Department . Before that, she served in various product manager roles for synthetic and collective training systems in the Marine Corps.

Shambora joined CSA after working at MAG Aerospace as the Navy account executive, where she oversaw business implementation and expansion.
