Paul Harrington, Empower AI

Empower AI has appointed Paul Harrington as chief growth officer to accelerate growth with a focus on innovation.

Harrington brings over three decades of experience leading growth-focused organizations in the government services and private technology sectors to the role.

“I am excited to join Empower AI at this critical time for both the company and the industry at large,” he said.

Harrington is a former partner at McKinsey & Co., where he built and led the Global Public and Social Sector Practice Go-to-Market team. He also served Fortune 50 private sector and large government clients in growth strategy, government procurement, organization and digital modernization

“Paul has an unrivaled track record of building and leading highly successful growth organizations,” said Jeff Bohling, CEO of Empower AI. “Growth is a critical focus of Empower AI, and I could not be happier to have Paul leading the charge. His leadership, enthusiasm, and knowledge of our nation’s challenges will be transformative for our company. I am excited Paul will be part of the next chapter of Empower AI’s history.”

Before McKinsey, Harrington held leadership roles in the government services sector, including for General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, CGI Federal and SRA International. He also served in private sector technology roles at Johnson & Johnson, Ariba (now part of SAP) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He is also a former U.S. Army officer.

“Empower AI has carved out an important place for its AI-enabled, mission-enhancing services and solutions in the public sector,” Harrington said. “The vision of Empower AI, to help empower an exponentially more creative, productive, and effective government workforce, is a passion throughout my career and one that is necessary to help ensure America’s missions are met. I am confident in our growth potential and the opportunity to unlock the promise of artificial intelligence across the public sector.”
