What are you most proud of having been a part of in your current organization?
Seeing how our team overcame a lot of change and made it happen for customer, they are amazing!
What’s one key thing you learned from a failure you had?
I learned to keep trying and find other ways to get to a win-win solution.
What’s the biggest professional risk you’ve ever taken?
Making the move twice from CFO to CEO, it has been extremely rewarding both times!
Looking back at your career, what are you most proud of?
Learning, I have learned many new skills, another language and most of all the FAR.
What’s your best career advice for those who want to follow in your footsteps?
Be open to challenges and trust those who believe in you. They want you to succeed and will help you.
