    Elise Logan

    Principal, Cadmus

Elise Logan leads Cadmus’ Sustainability & Resilience Practice, which provides expert support in developing and implementing innovative and effective clean energy, climate and resilience strategies to federal, state and local governments, corporations and nonprofits. This work is a key pillar of Cadmus’ overall mission to help clients achieve extraordinary results that strengthen society and the natural world.

Recently, Logan secured a notable contract to help the GSA Carbon Pollution-Free Electricity program reach climate goals within federal agencies by 2030. This project entails supporting procurement of CFE for all principal agencies in the U.S. government. Created in response to Executive Order 14057, this project is vital to the adoption and advancement of CFE and net-zero emissions targets for the federal government in pursuit of mitigating climate change.

“I’m thrilled that Cadmus is able to play a part in the federal government’s historic investment in clean energy to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and ultimately address the climate crisis,” Logan said.

    Why Watch

In 2023, Logan and her team will focus on providing comprehensive climate services to Cadmus’ clients, from greenhouse gas mitigation and clean-energy procurement, to planning for sustainable transportation and energy-efficient buildings, to climate adaptation and resilience strategies.

Additionally, Logan continues to work with clients on developing climate and clean-energy action plans, understanding impacts of climate-related legislation, achieving net-zero emissions and sharing guidance on how climate change will impact one’s operations and constituents.

“Elise’s expertise in energy markets and infrastructure combined with her experience delivering major clean energy and climate programs in the federal and private sectors makes her the ideal leader for Cadmus’ Sustainability and Resilience team,” said Cadmus Senior Vice President Nathan Smith. “Her ability to integrate diverse teams to deliver deep technical and strategic support to innovative climate, energy and resilience challenges has allowed Cadmus to achieve lasting benefits for our government clients.”
