    With nearly 25 years of experience in environmental consulting and management, Elizabeth Wayt leads Booz Allen’s Environmental, Social, Governance program. She brings skills in sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, environmental issues, and sustainable business to her work driving ESG amid rapid growth at the firm. 

    Since joining Booz Allen, Wayt has played a crucial role in advancing the firm’s ESG priorities by creating a team focused on collaboration and engagement. Her team ensures the firm’s ESG goals connect to all parts of the business. She leads a diverse team of professionals who collaborate across the enterprise ensuring alignment with the firm’s purpose and values. She is a key player in helping the firm accelerate innovation, foster community resilience and advance diverse hiring.
