    CEO, Valiant

Delivering mission excellence through any challenge and thriving on change effectively sum up Dan Corbett’s second year as CEO of Valiant. The company has shifted its focus to warfighter training, mission support and the intelligence market, which led to exceptional organic growth over the past year.

The company has been awarded over $2 billion in work, focused primarily in the language, training and operations markets over the past 12 months. Some significant wins included DLITE EUCOM and AFRICOM task orders, the DTRA Modeling and Simulation program, the F-16 Aircraft Pilot and Maintenance Training and the Army National Guard’s Mission Command Training Support Program.

“Our top priority is overcoming any challenge to deliver excellence on hundreds of missions we empower,” Corbett said. “I’m exceptionally proud of our team because it’s only through their commitment to excellence that we’ve successfully supported our customers and seen significant growth.”

    Why Watch

Corbett is also leading efforts to make Valiant the employer of choice through the company’s Building an Exceptional Valiant initiative. It includes programs to reward positive performance, further enhance employee benefits and ensure the company is a great place to work through advancement and development opportunities for employees at every level.
