Stephanie Mango

President, CGI Federal

During her 28-year career, Stephanie Mango has worked with federal organizations in the civilian, defense and intelligence communities to improve operations through business and information technology solutions.

By leveraging deep understanding of clients’ unique missions and goals, Mango and her team provide insights and develop solutions specific to customer-desired outcomes. As the federal needs continue to evolve, Mango’s focus is on applying innovative business models and solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness on behalf of government organizations.

Why Watch

Mango’s Strategic Engagement and Inclusion practice is an initiative advancing workplace culture with the strategic focus on holistic employee engagement, for which diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, as well as community engagement, are significant components. Last year, the team launched a digital platform that engages employees through training and resources, member resource groups, reverse and peer mentoring, DEI insights reports, podcasts, community volunteering and member social events. As the war on talent continues, CGI’s focus is on continuing to build a company employees can be proud of, while attracting and engaging the best talent to deliver on clients’ digitization objectives.

Mango was also elected into Executive Committee for the Professional Services Council Executive Committee Leadership. There, Mango will have an opportunity to represent industry with the mission to drive change for a competitive federal contracting marketplace. She was also appointed to the TiE DC Board, leads WashingtonExec’s Women’s Leadership Council and is an active member of American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council, the Shared Service Leadership Council.
