    Top 35 Execs to Watch in 2023: Cadmus’ Paul Lynch

    Paul Lynch was drawn to Cadmus’ mission to help clients solve the world’s most challenging problems.

    “Cadmus focuses on areas critical to our future – such as energy, water, and transportation,” he said. “My goal is to create a structure that enables our experts to concentrate on client needs.”

    Lynch prioritized the employee experience and internal systems to support Cadmus’ growth trajectory. He says he is proud of the benefits and programs implemented, including additional PTO, expanded parental leave and a new client satisfaction reward program.”

    In the fourth quarter of 2022, Lynch led the successful integration of the Wheelhouse Group, surpassing its planned 180-day integration period by completing all major milestones in 90 days.

    Why Watch

    In 2023, Lynch will continue strengthening the internal structure to scale with Cadmus, including cultivating best-in-class professional development experiences to empower employees to grow their careers with Cadmus.

    Cadmus is experiencing double-digit organic growth and actively pursuing mergers and acquisitions. Lynch will lead integrations, ensuring Cadmus is well-positioned to bring expanded capabilities to clients and career opportunities to employees.
