    Chairman and CEO, Arcfield

A little over a year since its divestiture and naming a new chairman and CEO, Kevin Kelly says Arcfield is perfectly positioned to begin expanding its reach into new and exciting mission areas.

Kelly has been working diligently since his last appearance on the list in 2022, identifying top executives to form a strong leadership team. This team has spent the past year creating all the necessary business, financial and operational tools to support Arcfield’s growth strategy, accomplishing this feat in a record time.

    Why Watch

In 2023 with Kelly at the helm, Arcfield will heavily focus on taking its capabilities in cybersecurity, modeling simulation and analysis, systems engineering and integration, space and launch support, and test range support to new customers across the Defense Department and intelligence community to support a wide range of hypersonic, missile defense, space exploration, warfighter readiness and cyber missions.

According to Kelly, growth is on the horizon for the company. He says the company expects it to come from targeted investments in organic capabilities as well as through mergers and acquisitions.

“I believe that all agencies and contractors that support national security are motivated by a unifying theme: ensuring our warfighters and our decision-makers have the most effective and efficient solutions available to them when supporting critical missions,” he said. “At Arcfield, we take great pride in the role we play in providing our mission partners with a technological unfair advantage over our nation’s adversaries—and we look forward to expanding that role in 2023 and beyond.”
