    Sarah Lynn, Valiant Integrated Services

    Sarah Lynn

General Counsel & Secretary, Valiant Integrated Services

Sarah Lynn joined Valiant after seven years at Peraton and predecessor companies, where she held a variety of senior legal roles, most recently overseeing the company’s corporate legal, trade compliance and ethics functions.

She said she views the role of the legal and compliance function to provide efficient and effective legal and risk advice to the company to enable it to deliver on its mission and pursue profitable growth.

“Our employees are working shoulder to shoulder with military and civilian government employees, in many instances in extreme conditions, and my job is to best enable our business to support them in an ethical and compliant manner,” she said.

    Why Watch

Lynn, whose career began as a government contracts lawyer at two prominent law firms, brings a unique depth and experience counseling GovCon businesses through transformative change, having shepherded Peraton and predecessor businesses through multiple spinoff and merger transactions and the attendant integration activity that follows. She aims to bring this expertise to Valiant as it executes its strategy to expand into new and adjacent markets.

“Our top priority is to perform our work with integrity, and Sarah’s role is critical to ensuring our people have the tools and resources to be Valiant,” Valiant CEO Dan Corbett said. “Sarah brings a fresh perspective and thoughtful leadership approach to support Valiant as we position the company for further growth and expand our operations around the world.”
