    Kristie Grinnell, DXC Technology

    Kristie Grinnell

CIO & Senior Vice President, DXC Technology

One of Kristie Grinnell’s greatest achievements has been driving culture change through DXC’s core values to inspire her team to perform its best work.

“Our core values are what drew me to a career at DXC,” Grinnell said. “When company values so closely intersect with my own personal values – Deliver, Do the right thing, Care, Collaborate and supporting our Community – values on this level guide our culture and decisions we make as a company, and I try to instill these behaviors in every conversation I have with our team.”

Within her first few months at DXC, Grinnell led the company’s first globally integrated program to celebrate Women’s History Month with a female executive-led panel discussion joined by women and allies across the globe.

“My goal is to bring together women and allies across DXC so we can pave the way for the next generation of young women in STEM,” she said. “It’s important for young girls in this field to grow up and see themselves in these roles, and I’m here to help pave the way for other women, such as my daughters.”

    Why Watch

Recent recognitions, including Top 100 Women in Technology by Technology Magazine, have set the pace for Grinnell’s innovative mission for the team. Over the next 12-18 months, she and her team will turn their focus to a new way of working to achieve a greater sense of connection across DXC and enable better business outcomes.

“We’re on a journey to deliver digital DXC and that starts with operational excellence within our IT organization, business alignment across our standards and processes, and becoming the customer showcase within DXC to drive innovative solutions that deliver for our customers,” Grinnell said. “All while maintaining a focus on our customers, our people and the communities where we live and work.”
