    Charles Faulkner

    Security & Resilience Lead, ICF

As ICF’s security and resilience lead, Charles Faulkner is the account executive for work supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

In 2021, he helped double ICF’s security and resilience new business. His team also deepened its understanding of government’s cybersecurity and critical infrastructure needs to help increase the adaptability and functionality of national security infrastructure.

    Why Watch

This year, Faulkner is continuing to grow the team’s technical and governance capabilities to increase security and resilience in all levels of government. He sees great alignment between ICF’s security, infrastructure protection and risk management expertise and the emerging requirements of DHS, CISA and other agencies responsible for cyber and resilience.

Even while pushing the limits of what is possible with cyber, security and infrastructure clients, the team keeps a clear line of sight on critical mission outcomes, said David Birken, ICF senior vice president of public sector.

“Charles has the unique ability to rapidly break down seemingly impossible challenges and develop solutions that seamlessly meld together the technology, people and mission objectives around our national security efforts,” he said. “This ability, combined with his natural leadership and capacity to clearly communicate complex issues, make him an unparalleled leader in his field.”
