    Kristen Sanchez, SAP NS2

    Kristen Sanchez

    Vice President, Communications, SAP NS2

Kristen Sanchez built and produced more than 50 virtual events for SAP NS2’s workforce in 2021, all designed to engage employees and foster a connection to the company’s culture and brand values.

She produced and ran the virtual speaker sessions series she stood up at the dawn of the pandemic in March 2020. And this past year, SAP NS2 hosted conversations with author Glennon Doyle, journalist Lisa Ling and designer Tan France for the Women’s Initiative Network and MOSAIC employee resource groups.

“Kristen is an expert communicator and orchestrator of events,” said Joan Heald, vice president of SAP NS2 and co-chair of NS2 Women’s Initiative Network. “As an executive producer, she is the definition of grace under pressure. Kristen is the driving force behind the inspiring events and speakers for our organization and for NS2 WIN, our Women’s Initiative Network ERG.”

    Why Watch

In 2022, Sanchez is heavily focused on continuing to create communication programs that inform, engage and enrich SAP NS2’s workforce.

“I have a real passion for creating opportunities for employees to share their stories with the organization,” she said. “My focus is driving diversity, equity and inclusion through internal communications programs.”
