WashingtonExec is pleased to announce the addition of Natalia Gray as manager of programs.
Gray brings years of experience in marketing, events and business operations to WashingtonExec. In her new role, she’ll oversee program management for WashingtonExec’s councils, and be responsible for speaker outreach, council lead and logistics, audience management and more.
“I’m very excited to be joining the WashingtonExec team,” Gray said. “I look forward to forging new relationships, networking and forming new connections. I also look forward to the opportunity to learn more about WashingtonExec’s various councils and their place in the GovCon world.”
Her knowledge of the GovCon market predates her career, however. Gray said she grew up in a GovCon family and was raised around the industry.
“I’ve always understood and appreciated the work GovCon does for the country,” she said. “This led me to become passionate about the field, and to continue building my network in the industry.”
Prior to joining WashingtonExec, Gray was an events associate at the Professional Services Council, where she gained career experience and strong knowledge of running hybrid, virtual and in-person events. Having been with PSC since 2020, she worked with the organization through the unknowns of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I’m extremely proud of the network I built during my time at PSC, and the adaptability I learned during the pandemic’s changing climate,” Gray said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience and connections in the GovCon world and bringing that to WashingtonExec.”
Before PSC, Gray was a marketing and events associate at Acquisition Systems Associates Inc. She graduated in 2015 from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising and applied communication.
“WashingtonExec is thrilled to welcome Natalia to the team as manager of programs!” said JD Kathuria, founder and CEO of WashingtonExec. “We’re excited to leverage her experience in events and marketing to continue connecting GovCon leaders with each other and government innovators. As our network expands, our team must, too, and we look forward to working with Natalia on creating more meaningful opportunities for our community.”
In her free time, Gray can be found working out, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
